Meetario is built around that whole sequence. You share one booking link. The client picks a time, pays, and gets everything they need for the session. You get a short alert in your messenger.

One link instead of a conversation

A Meetario booking page shows only the times you are actually free. It reads your Google Calendar or Outlook, so a dentist appointment or a team meeting you added there never turns into a double booking. Clients see the times in their own time zone, answer any intake questions you set up, and receive a calendar invite plus reminders.

For small businesses that still take bookings through Instagram or WhatsApp messages, this is the main change: the back-and-forth disappears, and bookings come in at 11 pm while the owner is asleep.

Payment at the moment of booking

Meetario connects to Stripe and PayPal and charges the client when they book, per session or per hour. The money goes straight to the owner's own Stripe or PayPal account. Paying upfront changes how seriously people treat an appointment, and it removes the job of chasing deposits.

A video room for every booking

Online sessions get a private video room automatically. Meetario runs its own branded video calls, so neither the host nor the client needs a separate Zoom subscription. The host joins as moderator, the client joins from the confirmation email, and nobody installs anything. Users who prefer Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams can connect them on the paid plans.

Built for how service businesses actually work

Beyond one-on-one meetings, Meetario covers formats that generic schedulers handle poorly:

• Group classes and multi-week courses. One page fills every seat, closes enrollment on a deadline and puts each lesson on every participant's calendar. Each student enrolls and pays separately.
• Room and studio rentals. Clients can book several hours in a row as one booking, and cleanup time between bookings is blocked automatically. Each room gets its own schedule, so the same hour can't be sold twice.
